Kerri D.
PHILLIPS
Kerri received her bachelor’s of arts degree in Political Science from George Washington University, graduating with honors, summa cum laude. She graduated with Honors from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in 2008.
Upon graduating, Kerri represented auto lenders in bankruptcy and collection matters. She then moved in-house with a mortgage debt buyer, and thereafter worked in-house with several of the top banks and lenders on matters relating to bankruptcy, collections, finance, real estate and corporate matters.
Kerri has been an active member of the Texas Bar Association since November of 2008 and is a current and active member of the Dallas, Tarrant, and Collin County Bar Associations. Kerri is currently licensed in the U.S. Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas.
Kerri specializes in real estate, bankruptcy, collections, finance, family, and corporate law and actively practices in and around DFW. She is a native Texan from birth, but was raised in Potomac, Maryland. Kerri currently lives in Little Elm, Texas with her husband, Adam, and their two children, Marianna and Denny.
